When our standard range of industrial units cannot fit the size of the object to be cleaned or fulfil the requirements, Sonixtek supplies custom made ultrasonic cleaners according to your needs from 30L to 8000L, single tank system or modular lines with multiple tanks with frequency ranges from 28kHz to 120kHz.
A modular system with multiple purpose tanks can be built combining ultrasonic cleaning function, prewash, rinsing tank, high pressure jet cleaning, hot air-dry system, etc.
Immersible transducers can fit in any tank and hang at the sides or placed at the bottom which allows to modify any tank to an ultrasonic cleaner
